Registration Name - This is found at the Top of Visual LOADPlus in any module. This is your Registered Company Name. It has to be typed exactly like the name including all spaces, commas, periods, and dashes.

Serial Number - This is found on the Login screen for Visual LOADPlus under the Freight Management Systems icon. This is the 6 digit numeric number leaving off 'SN:' .
