DOTPlus...how safe are your carriers?

DOTPlus is a new, fully integrated add-on feature to Visual LOADPlus that simplifies the process of verifying existing carrier information or adding new carriers to your system. The carrier information comes directly from the USDOT and the FMCSA. DOTPlus offers integrated features similar products can't and is more affordable than the competition's.

With a click of the mouse you will be able to verify the:

Safety Rating - Obtain and store a carrier's safety rating in your carrier database and set security in your system to prevent carriers with unsatisfactory safety ratings from being booked on loads.

Address - Check a carrier's address in your records against the addresses in both the USDOT and FMCSA databases.

Authority Information - Verify all authorities held by the carrier. Authorities held but not currently marked in your system, will automatically be added to the carrier's record. You can verify if the carrier's authorities are current, pending or revoked and tell whether or not the carrier is a broker.

Insurance Information - Verify that the carrier's insurance information in your system matches the information on file with the FMCSA.

DOTPlus is integrated with Visual LOADPlus and some of those features include:

Alerts - Do multiple carriers share the same address or phone numbers? Does the carrier have both active USDOT and MC/MX records?. Carrier - Add carriers directly into Visual LOADPlus with address, phone numbers, authority and insurance information.

Insurance/Authority - Each time a carrier is booked on a load, the current insurance and authority information from both Visual LOADPlus and the USDOT are attached to the booking record. This data can be accessed from the booking screen in the event you need to show due diligence in booking a carrier.

The Report Utility - Allows you to check your entire carrier database, against the DOTPlus records and receive the carrier updates/warnings.
