Document are first brought into the system via a multitude of import devices such as a Scanner; Email; Fax and are temporarily stored in an "Inbox" shown above.

Once the documents are in the Inbox, you then assign them to the appropriate places in the system. In addition to load related documents, you can can also store external documents (i.e. Emails, Faxes and Word Documents such as Expense Reports) for easy retrieval and viewing.

Convenient Image View buttons are located throughout the Visual LOADPlus program allowing for quick access to digitals documents. Cross filing is a feature that allows the same documents to be attached to multiple modules.

Example: The Proof of Delivery can be assigned to the load, the carrier and the customer. System documents created with barcodes, such as load agreements and delivery sheets, are automatically assigned system-wide when they are received back into the system.
